Since our products are custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns for reasons like size issues or a change of mind.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart—be sure to check it before ordering! If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for help.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

Reach out to us on our contact form with your order number and a brief description of the issue (plus a photo if applicable). We’ll respond quickly to resolve it.

How long does shipping take?

A: Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! Our store uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately through our contact form. If your order hasn’t gone into production, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

What if my order is incorrect, damaged, or defective?

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. No need to return the item.

What should I do if the size doesn’t fit?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, let us know. While we don’t accept size-based returns, we’re happy to offer a discount on a replacement order.
